A Star Hotel Amritsar

In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to carry a photo-identity with address proof to present at check-in. foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhaar card or Bank Passbook with Photograph. A PAN card is no longer considered a legal document for this purpose.

Ø Our standard check-in time is 1300 hrs.’ and checkout time is 11:00 hrs local time.

Ø If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 5 Days prior to your arrival date, to avoid cancellation or no-show charges, which could include the room rate and applicable tax, for the entire stay & Room Advance Deposited money will not be Refundable, but instead of that it can be used in future room bookings.

Ø The hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.

Ø Value offers like Early Bird and Last Minute specials will be governed by terms and conditions which may include 100% deposit with no cancellation/amendment or refunds.

Ø Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies.

Ø PAN to be produced in case of cash payments amounting INR 20,000 and above. For all travel agent/tour operator bookings, terms and conditions as per the contract will apply



Note

The above special Room rates are inclusive of Unlimited free usage of Wi-Fi High Speed internet at all Guest areas throughout the hotel.

The above special Room rates are non-commissionable and inclusive of all currently applicable taxes.

In case of any change in the taxation structure by the concerned authorities, the incremental revised taxes will be charged additionally.

Mandatory X’mas Eve & New Year Eve Supplement shall be applicable for all in house guests at the hotel on 24th December & 31stDecember and shall be charged additionally.



Reservation

Prior reservation must be made at : astarhotelasr@gmail.com

Your Exchange Voucher including all details / requirements, billing instructions, passport list etc., must reach us at least 5 days prior to the arrival at the hotel, in order to enable us to hold the reservations on a confirmed basis. Reservations will be confirmed on the basis of room availability.

Rates as quoted will be applied on the basis of the category of room confirmed/allotted.

Check In time is 01:00 pm and Check Out time is 11:00 AM

For early Check In,(Prior to 11:00 AM), Room(s) must be held from the previous night to ensure immediate allotment of room/s on arrival.

All FIT bookings are held confirmed only against full advance payments by your local office directly with the hotel or through our regional sales office/s, at least 5 days prior to the arrival date or at the time of room confirmation, whichever is closer to the arrival date.

All Group/Series bookings are held confirmed only subject to receipt of agency exchange order with complete rooming list & full advance payment, at least 5 days prior to the arrival date or at the time of room confirmation, whichever is closer to the arrival date.

Cut off period 5 days.
The above special Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Weddings, Conferences, delegations, incentive tours, Domestic Corporate/FITs etc.



Billing

Advance payments, where requested, must reach the hotel as conveyed.

Advance for full stay shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

All extras incurred by the guests to be settled directly at the hotel at the time of check out

We accept Cash and All Major Credit Cards at the Hotel.

In case you desire bills to be forwarded to your company, and where it is agreed by us, please note :

The hotel copy of your Exchange Voucher must be very explicit and clear and should be forwarded to the hotel at least 5 days prior to arrival of the guests.

The guest will be allowed to avail facilities, only on the basis of the Original Exchange Voucher, to be carried by them, which must be duly submitted at the reception prior to the check out and handed over to the hotel.

Payments should be made by Account Transfer A Star ENTERPRISES " .

For Agents & companies not enjoying credit facility at the hotels, advance payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.

Passport of the guest will be required every time there is foreign currency exchange.



Reduction of Strength pre receipt of exchange voucher:

Rooming List & Voucher shall be received by the hotel not later than 5 days prior to arrival of groups else there will be no guarantee of the original number of rooms or the break-up of rooms confirmed.

Up to 30% wash down will be allowed in the number of rooms up to 5 days prior to the arrival of the group.

Full retention for all room nights will be charged in case of cancellation or wash down of rooms at a time less than 5 days from the arrival date.



Our Reservation & Hotel Policy & Legal Matters:

We advise you to guarantee your reservation against full/partial payment by Credit Transfer, Bank Transfer or Service Voucher before the cut-off date in the Bank Account as per details mentioned above.

A confirmed reservation will be held until 1800 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.

In the case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

If you book the Advance Purchase Rate, full payment is taken at the time of booking which is nonrefundable and non transferable in the case of cancellation or modification.

There will be an Early Departure Fee in the event of checking out on an earlier date than the original booking was made for.

In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you/your guest holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange an alternative accommodation.

Per government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 years staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. NOTE - PAN cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

The above information about hotels accommodation is provided in good faith but is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy as per below-mentioned norms: -

a) 5 days before check-in date, 50% of deposit will be refunded.
b) 3 days before check-in date, NO Deposit / Advance Payment shall be refunded

Any legal dispute subject to jurisdiction in Amritsar only.
